Zurich Risk Engineering's online services are designed to provide customers with interactive tools to monitor risk management programs, get relevant risk information, undertake motor fleet risk management programs, make a 'First Report' of occupational safety and health incidents (US customers only) and learn online.

Our Knowledge Navigator is a powerful risk information engine enabling personalised searches on risks across many Zurich and external resources. The Advanced Knowledge Navigator provides you with online up-dates on the latest risk management, technical and scientific developments, and losses related to your specific topics of interest.

Risk Features
The Risk Grading of a business by Zurich's Risk Engineers is a critical part of Zurich's underwriting, risk selection and pricing process for various classes of insurance.
Zurich Risk Features is designed to help our customers and brokers better understand this process and allows us to work together in reducing risk for the benefit of both Zurich and its customers.

Self Risk Assessment
The Self Risk Assessment tool is a cost effective web-based risk assessment methodology for Fire and Business Interruption risks. This tool is used by mid to large sized companies to conduct an on-line risk assessment of their specified plants or locations.

Virtual Fleet Manager
The world's first interactive motor fleet risk assessment toolkit Virtual Fleet Manager enables you to do online fleet auditing, driver risk assessments and defensive driver training with full management reporting.

FirstReport ONLINE TM
Zurich Risk Engineering’s portal, First Report ONLINE TM, provides both large and small employers secure, online OSHA record keeping service for occupational safety and health incidents. The "Incident Description" entry form will also produce state specific "First Reports of Injury " and provide management reports.

E-Learning
Zurich Risk Engineering's Virtual University contains a range of low cost health and safety e-learning courses, incorporating a learning management system along with automated compliance recordkeeping for individuals and enterprises with government-mandated training requirements.
